Thomas Hirt

Thomas Hirt is a certified Alexander Technique teacher based in Vienna, where he offers individual sessions and workshops, and works as a school art educator. Meditation is an important part of his life, complementing his work with the Alexander Technique. He is the father of two adult daughters.
